Abstract
|
|
|
A case of acute lymphocytic leukemia associated with exophthalmos and genital involvement in 6 months old girl was reported.
Her first presenting symptoms were nodular swelling on labium major, which findings are resembling cellulitis.
After this onset she produced exophthalmos and subcutaneous nodules about lxlcm in size on right forehead.
Diagnosis were made by tissue biopsy of labia major and nodular mass, and bone marrow aspiration. She was discharged in poor condition on the third hospital day.
Brief review of literature was also made.
